What’s Shake Your Soul?
Shake Your Soul: The Yoga of Dance is a creative, fun, and stress-relieving movement class. You will get a workout and also have the opportunity to slow down and connect with being in your body. The focus of the class is on moving rather than following steps, so though there is instruction throughout the class, you will always be encouraged to do what feels right for you. Come experience energy, joy, and freedom!

Things to Know
Wear comfortable clothes!
Water is always nice to have with you; we can sweat a bit.
You can plan to take shoes off, or keep your shoes on if that’s more comfortable for you – just make sure you can have fun in them!
We typically start classes on a yoga mat or blanket, so plan to bring one with you.
